Brokerage Charges
Residential / Commercial – One month rent each from both parties
Renewal of Lease – 15 days applicable rent as commission for any renewal of lease from the LESSOR and LESSEE.
Long term Rental deposits with lock in period of 18 months or more – 2% commission from both parties
